From September 1, 2022, it will be possible to trace the path of grain and grain processing products from the field to the end consumer.
Back in October last year, the Government of RUSSIA approved the rules for the creation of the Federal State Information System, which is designed to automate the processes of collecting, processing, storing and analyzing information related to the production, transportation, storage, processing, processing, sale and disposal of grain and grain processing products at domestic and foreign markets. Information will be entered into the system, including the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR, the Federal Customs Service, Rosakkreditatsiya, Rosstat, as well as regional executive authorities and producers.
So, from September 1, 2022, economic entities will need to submit the following information and information to the grain traceability system:
- the place where a batch of grain is grown;
- the area of the land plot or its part (field) from which the grain harvest was harvested (ha);
- information about the type of property right to the land plot or its part (field) from which the grain harvest was harvested;
- type of crop grain;
- the mass of grain produced on the day of harvesting;
- place of storage of grain;
- information about the consumer properties of a batch of grain or a batch of grain processing products;
- appointment of a batch of grain or a batch of grain processing products;
- shipping documents required during the transportation and (or) acceptance and (or) shipment of a batch of grain or a batch of grain processing products, execution of shipping documents, etc. transportation and (or) acceptance and (or) shipment of a batch of grain or a batch of grain processing products, execution of shipping documents, etc.
The Lipetsk Region is preparing in advance for the introduction of the Federal Grain Traceability System. Last week, representatives of federal and regional authorities, municipal districts and regional grain producers gathered at the Department of Agriculture of the Lipetsk Region to discuss the details of the implementation of this system, the problems that may arise. During the meeting, the participants discussed the details of working in the system, the nuances of entering information into it. As expected, a number of questions arose that needed to be clarified by the federal authorities.
“This is not the last meeting,” said Oleg Dolgikh, HEAD of the Lipetsk Oblast Department of Agriculture. - We will work on issues at all levels and continue to meet to identify and discuss problems. By September 1, all the main issues on the implementation of the grain traceability system should be resolved.”
