2025, agricultural output in farms of all categories amounted to Br40.1 billion in current prices, or 100.2% of the
2024 level in comparable prices , BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee.
Agricultural organizations produced goods worth Br33.3 billion, or 2.7% more in comparable prices than in the previous year.
The
Minsk (25.1%) and Brest (23.8%) regions accounted for the largest share of total agricultural output, followed by the Grodno (17.6%), Gomel (12.2%), Vitebsk (10.9%), and Mogilev (10.3%) regions.
Agricultural organizations account for 97.3% of the republic's total production of livestock and poultry (live weight),
milk - 97.9%, eggs - 87.2%, grain - 95.5%,
sugar beet - 97%, potatoes - 12.5%, and vegetables - 6.3%.
Agricultural organizations produced 1,774.6 thousand tons of livestock and poultry (live weight), which is 0.1% more than in
2024, 9,002.3 thousand tons of milk (5.3% more), and 3,399.7 million eggs (5.5% more). The gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops amounted to 8.7 million tons, or 10.2% more than in the previous year, sugar beets - 5.7 million tons (up 17.9%), potatoes - 379.9 thousand tons (up 13%), vegetables - 169.7 thousand tons (up 6.5%). Rapeseed harvest amounted to 852.5 thousand tons.
