Damate created more than 3,200 jobs in the Rostov region

Vacancies were opened as the planned implementation of investment projects of Damate's subsidiaries - Indyushkin Dvor LLC and New Duck Farms LLC. In an extremely short time, from 2020, the holding's enterprises recreated the entire production chain at a new technological level, which was associated with the almost one-time employment of thousands of specialists in various professions.

The largest number of jobs appeared at turkey farming facilities: in 2020-2021, they provided jobs for 2,200 people, and in 2022, another 40.

Poultry farms specializing in the production of duck and a meat processing enterprise producing products under the Ozerka brand opened more than 1,000 vacancies in the first two years, and 11 additional vacancies last year.

The most demanded positions in 2022 were veterinarian , orderly, poultry farmer, carcass handler, washer, weighing controller, transporter, stacker-packer and auxiliary worker. 

This year, Damate is bringing poultry assets in the Rostov region to full capacity and expanding production. Accordingly, new vacancies are opening: truck drivers (categories C, E) and buses, a veterinarian and orderly, a poultry farmer, a washer-disinfector, a stacker-packer and a number of others - you can find the full list at the link.
