Miratorg produces more than 500 types of ready-made culinary dishes, 230 of which are produced at the Domodedovo plant near Moscow: soups, main courses, salads, bread and pastries, frozen vegetables and mixed berries. But specifically for lasagna, there is a separate workshop equipped with a powerful automated production line. The operator launches the program - then the equipment does everything: automatically pours in the original ingredients, pours in water, kneads, rolls out and cuts the dough. Sauces are also automatically cooked and lasagna assembled - each portion in a separate tray. Employees don’t even touch the packaging - they receive ready-made, tightly sealed boxes of 12 servings each. The less a person intervenes in the process, the cleaner and safer the product, and the longer its shelf life. The automated line produces up to 5 thousand per hour.
“The proportion is 50% to 50% – beef and poultry . We also use fresh tomatoes and a special composition of spices and seasonings, which are also produced at the Miratorg plant in Kaliningrad. The updated lasagna can be found on shelves in federal chains. You can easily get a restaurant-quality dish by heating it at home - in the microwave or oven. Special packaging , which contains one portion of the product, is heat-resistant and absolutely safe. It allows not only to maintain freshness, but also to withstand high temperatures,” the press service of ABH Miratorg reported.
