Medvedovsky Meat Processing Plant plans to double the production of smoked sausages in 2023

More than 870 tons of products were produced by the MMK LLC MEAT processing plant in the village of Medvedovskaya, Krasnodar Territory, in six months from the moment it was launched after reconstruction, according to Agrocomplex JSC named after N.I. Tkachev. The company's message also states that part of the plant's capacity has not yet been launched, and in 2023 the volume of monthly production will be increased.
The plant started work in August 2022, the first raw smoked sausages were produced in November of the same year. The company reports that the capacity of the cheese-smoking shop is only half loaded so far, and in 2023 production will be increased. In addition, the plant is still awaiting certification for the production of premium plus products - after certification, such product lines will also be launched.
Meat raw materials for the production of sausages are supplied from the own enterprises of Agrocomplex named after. N.I. Tkachev, the company notes. Sausages are sold mainly in the holding's branded retail stores.
In 2022, the production of sausages and deli meats in RUSSIA decreased by 1.9% and amounted to 2.56 million tons, according to an analytic from the BusinesStat agency, published in 2023. Imit agency experts predict that in 2023, compared to 2022, there will be a positive production trend, but the industry will not return to the pre-crisis level of 2021 this year.
