The property complex of Vityazevskaya Poultry Farm LLC, registered in the village of Tsibanobalka, Anapa District, Krasnodar Territory, was put up for auction.

The single lot includes 54 properties located in the Starominskiy and Kushchevskiy districts of the Krasnodar Territory, and a GAZ bus manufactured in 2003. The starting price is 97.48 million rubles. The auction is scheduled for May 20, 2021.

At that time, the company's debt amounted to 1.58 billion rubles. The main creditor is Rosselkhozbank (1.42 billion rubles). The poultry farm remained in operation. In 2019, she did not receive revenue and suffered a loss in the amount of 1.8 million rubles. Representatives of the management and founders of the company were involved in criminal cases in 2014-2015 related to fraud.

According to RBC, Vityazevskaya Poultry Farm LLC is owned by the Cypriot company Kossia Limited through the now inactive Mezhtransservice LLC. The company has been repeatedly put up for auction. Initially, the price of the lot, which united 827 positions, was 400 million rubles. Part of the property of the poultry farm was sold in 2018–2020.
