“To the wholesale distribution center with low-temperature food storage with a total area of 16,000 sq. meters will be part of a complex of buildings that allow the distribution of more than 30,000 railway containers annually. The new center will store poultry, MEAT, dairy and vegetable products that require a special temperature regime for storage and processing. The volume of planned investments is 2 billion rubles,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The complex will be built by one of the largest networks of wholesale distribution and warehouse complexes of agricultural products - the MULTIKOLD Group of Companies. The goods will be delivered to the CIS countries, Southeast Asia and CHINA.
The new center will create an additional 400 jobs. The commissioning of the first stage of construction is planned for the end of 2023.
Earlier, the governor of the region Andrey Vorobyov noted that the authorities of the Moscow region are ready to support entrepreneurs who decide to do business in the region.
They can receive land free of charge or at significant discounts, compensation for infrastructure development.
