
HANDTMANN offers lines for the production of kupat, frying sausages, as well as frankfurters and sausages in natural, collagen and artificial casings. Twisting and hanging lines can be with manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic casing change. These automatic AL systems provide high productivity, with downtime for casing changes in less than 2 seconds. HANDTMANN has further developed its proven technology and now offers the new hanging unit AHE 228 in two versions: AHE 228-16 and AHE 228-17. As a result, the process of hanging sausages is faster, more ergonomic and digitally supported.
Excellent ergonomics and, as a result, more efficient work are made possible by the individually adjustable height of the AHE 228-17. The line is 320 cm long and is equipped with a "swiveling" guide belt. This means that the system has a flexible and infinitely adjustable working height with a difference of up to 150 mm from the front of the hanging unit to its rear.
The AHE 228-16 is available with a height of 220 cm or 320 cm and has a "horizontal" guide belt so the working height of the unit will be the same at both the front and rear of the hanging unit. The new AHE system also makes it possible to increase output through the optimal use of smoke sticks. The minimum distance between the hooks is 20 mm with an adjustment step of 5 mm, which, in addition to the rational use of smoke sticks, also reduces the consumption of the casing. Significant minimization of set-up time is achieved by simplified installation of hooks with LED support and simultaneous adjustment of the link line and hanging device. The optional AHE shutdown button ensures process reliability.
First-class hygienic conditions are guaranteed thanks to the hygienic design and other features such as the swivel height-adjustable collection tray with built-in waste container, etc.
Another advantage is the built-in digital scale from HANDTMANN, which can be placed directly on the hanger. “Give-away” is reduced to a minimum thanks to optimum weight accuracy. Overfilling can be reduced by up to 60%. The height of the AHE balance is adjusted by means of a 360° rotatable control unit with an optical LED indicator. The AHE scale can be used to weigh portions and smoke sticks.
