The plant for deep processing of turkey MEAT in the Penza region increased its output by five times in 2022, Damate reported. Most of the products are boiled sausages and sausages, but there are also ham and other products.

The increase in production volumes in the company was explained by the growth in demand. And in order to maintain and increase this demand, the company regularly worked with customers - organized presentations and tastings of the company's products, expanded the geography of sales, concluded long-term cooperation agreements. We worked at Damata and with the plant itself - we optimized production processes, worked with personnel, carefully selected suppliers of raw materials and materials.

Boiled sausages and sausages from turkey meat make up a large share of processed products, the company noted - they account for 68% of all products, that is, more than two-thirds of the total production volume. Buyers appreciate this product for the balance of nutrients: it contains a lot of protein, and at the same time less fat than in similar products from other meat, which is why such ham is considered more dietary and “healthy”.

In second place is the production of ham from turkey muscle meat. Damat reported that this workshop is equipped with automated lines for cutting the product.

In addition to boiled sausage, ham and sausages, the company also produces dry-cured sausage, sous-vide - poultry cooked in a vacuum, ready-to-eat ready-to-eat poultry products, and all products comply with halal standards
