March 29, MINSK. In Minsk, a driver who had previously been deprived of a driver's license for a similar crime was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated, the information service of the Minsk prosecutor's office reported.
The detention of the 38-year-old driver was sanctioned by the deputy prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district of Minsk. The driver is charged with Part 2 of Article 317-1 of the Criminal Code - driving a vehicle by a person who is in a state of alcoholic intoxication and who has previously committed a similar crime.The driver came to the car wash and made a conflict there. Then, right in front of the car wash workers, he drank vodka, got behind the wheel and drove away. Witnesses immediately reported the incident to law enforcement. Soon the violator was detained by employees of the territorial traffic police of the traffic police.
Accused earlier by a COURT verdict, he was deprived of the right to drive all types of vehicles for driving a car while intoxicated. He was also brought to criminal responsibility for theft and threat of murder, to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules.
