In the North Caucasus, the number of deaths from COVID-19 exceeded 4.3 thousand people

In the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, more than 4.3 thousand deaths from CORONAVIRUS infection have already been recorded since the beginning of the pandemic. Relevant information is posted on the Stopcoronavirus.rf website.

Of these, over the entire period, 1600 people died in the Stavropol Territory, 1512 in Dagestan, 479 in Kabardino-Balkaria, 222 in North Ossetia, 190 in Ingushetia, 163 in Karachay-Cherkessia, 143 in Chechnya.

The daily increase in deaths as of June 17 was ten people. Six patients died in the Stavropol Territory, two in Dagestan, one each in the KBR and KChR.

By the morning of June 17, the total number of new cases in the North Caucasus Federal District per day reached 185 people. In particular, 64 patients were identified in the Stavropol Territory, 57 in Dagestan, 16 in Kabardino-Balkaria, 14 in Chechnya, 13 in Ingushetia, 12 in Karachay-Cherkessia and 9 in North Ossetia.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 181,114 people have been infected with coronavirus in the North Caucasus. In particular, 55848 - in the Stavropol Territory, 34471 - in Dagestan, 24557 - in Kabardino-Balkaria, 20655 - in Karachay-Cherkessia, 17145 - in North Ossetia, 15965 - in Ingushetia, 12473 - in Chechnya.
