Amendments to the Constitution
On December 22, the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Building and Local Self-Government considered a draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Tatarstan.
Committee Chairman Albert Khabibullin said that the changes were in 6 sections, including 58 articles, of the Tatarstan Constitution out of seven. Thus, in Article 9, the words "President of the Republic of Tatarstan" were proposed to be replaced by "Head of the Republic of Tatarstan."
The parliamentarians who participated in the meeting noted that the draft law did not reflect the possibility of naming the position of the HEAD of the republic, taking into account historical and national characteristics. This possibility is provided for by Federal Law No. 414-F3 “On the General Principles of Organization of Public Power in the Subjects of the Russian Federation” dated December 21, 2021.
On December 23, the State Council of Tatarstan supported another draft amendment to the republic's Constitution. According to the draft law, which was presented at the session, the name of the highest official will be changed from the president to "the head - the raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan."
At the same time, the current head of the region will be called the president until the new elections.
The deputies proposed other options for naming the position of the head of the republic. For example, deputy Rkail Zaydullin proposed the name "Ilbashy", Ramil Tukhbatullin - "Dҙүlәt bashlygy". Marat Galeev voiced the initiative in the Tatar language to preserve the “Republic of Tatarstan Presidents”, since the word “president” has already become firmly established in the Tatar language.

This was announced on December 21 by the Branch of the Bank of RUSSIA - the NATIONAL BANK for the Republic of Tatarstan. The inflation rate in the region is lower than in the Volga Federal District (12.02%) and in Russia as a whole (11.98%). The dynamics of prices in the region was mainly influenced by a record grain harvest and a decrease in consumer activity.
Annual growth in food prices fell to 12% in November from 13.8% in October. Since a record grain harvest (over 5.3 million tons) was harvested in the region, the costs of livestock and FLOUR mills began to grow less intensively. As a result, prices for MEAT, eggs, bread, cereals and SUGAR slowed down.
The increase in prices for non-food products last month amounted to 12.2% against 13.3% in October. “In autumn, there was an increase in the propensity of citizens to save,” the National Bank said.

"Delicious - period"
"Tasty - and that's it" on December 15 launched delivery in Kazan. Orders are delivered from 18 restaurants by Yandex Food and Delivery Club couriers.
DIRECTOR of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers Galina Sharafutdinova told RBC Tatarstan that, apparently, "Tasty - and that's it" was not so much about the hasty opening of the delivery service, but about its quality.
“In my opinion, they launched the delivery when everything was 100% ready. It is one thing to open a direct selling food outlet, and another thing is delivery, these are completely different things. It was necessary to prepare the staff, pack the business, prepare the site. Most likely, they were guided by the principle: "If you do something, then do it well." A successful launch takes time to prepare quality content and quality marketing to promote delivery,” Sharafutdinova explained.
