The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued recommendations for the first time indicating that children can be vaccinated against the coronavirus. The debts of young Russians began to fall more often to collectors

In 2021, banks and microfinance organizations (MFOs) began to actively sell bad debts of borrowers under 25 years old, according to the data of the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (NAAPCA). Collectors began to work more often even with the youngest recipients of microloans at the age of 18-20 years.

In the first quarter of this year, the share of such non-payers in the total number of cases offered by MFIs to collectors under cession transactions (assignment of rights to collect) reached 20%. The EU agreed on sanctions against Belarus

The Committee of Permanent Representatives of the European Union agreed on a package of sectoral sanctions against Belarus. This was reported by sources of RBC, TASS and RIA Novosti. The list is expected to be published in the official journal of the EU after approval by EU leaders at the Brussels summit on 24-25 June. The previous package of sanctions against Minsk was introduced on June 21.

Earlier, a package of sectoral sanctions against Belarus was agreed upon by the foreign ministers of the EU countries. According to one of the EU diplomats quoted by DPA, the restrictions will also affect the export of potash and petrochemical products to the EU, as well as the financial sector of Belarus.
