Since the beginning of 2022, more than 125 tons of broiler chicken skin have been exported from the Perm Territory to the Republic of Kazakhstan
On August 16, 2022, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Perm Territory controlled the next shipment of batches of frozen broiler chicken skin weighing 17,820 tons from the Perm Territory to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the official website of the Rosselkhoznadzor reports.
Vehicles equipped with a refrigeration unit complied with the established veterinary and sanitary requirements necessary for the transportation of this regulated product.
Shipped batches of the above food products met the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The quality and safety of products are confirmed by the results of laboratory tests of the Orenburg Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Orenburg Regional Veterinary Laboratory.
In total, since the beginning of 2022, 125,569 tons of broiler skin have been exported from the Perm Territory to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The skin of broilers is used to make value-added products such as commercial MEAT broths or bouillon cubes during the rendering process. During the manufacturing process, the fat is separated from the protein-containing liquid stream, which is then concentrated and spray dried to a protein content > 94%. Chicken broth proteins are collagen in nature.
