In Kirov, the manufacturer's declarations of conformity for meat and meat-containing semi-finished products, culinary products, poultry and egg products have been terminated

In January 2024 , based on this identification, the Department conducted an unscheduled documentary check, agreed upon with the prosecutor’s office of the Kirov region, in relation to the entrepreneur. As a result, violations of the production control program were not fully implemented.

According to the Mercury system, hazardous products were partially sold to the wholesale warehouse of SEVER-PROD LLC (Kirov), as well as to the retail trade of individual entrepreneur S.I. Kolchanov. (Kirov). The remaining products were withdrawn from circulation and placed in secure storage for further disposal.

These facts indicate a violation of the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Veterinary Medicine”, the Federal Law “On the Quality and Safety of Food Products”, technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of poultry MEAT and its processed products”, “On the safety of food products”, “On the safety of meat” and meat products." February 19, 2024 Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR IP Permyakov D.O. brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 10.08 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Part 2 of Art. 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with a penalty of a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

On February 20, 2024, the department made decisions invalidating declarations of conformity for meat and meat-containing semi-finished products and culinary products, as well as for poultry, eggs and their processed products.
