Since the beginning of 2023, as part of this work, 32 facts of unreliable declaration of food products by business entities engaged in the circulation of products of animal origin in the territory of the Chuvash Republic have been established.
In March of this year, when analyzing the current declarations of conformity of an enterprise engaged in the production of milk-containing cocktails and desserts in the city of Cheboksary, it was found that the manufacturer declared controlled products put into circulation in violation of the standards containing the rules and research methods provided for by the Technical Regulations "On food safety” and “On the safety of dairy products”.
In order to counter the illegal circulation of controlled products, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration decided to invalidate 3 declarations of conformity registered by the Chuvash enterprise. This information is included in the register of declarations of conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service.
The manufacturer was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation.
