During the meeting, the issue of access to the Indian market of Russian fish and fish products, pig products, animal feed - companions, dairy products, and poultry MEAT was discussed.

With regard to the supply of Russian pork, the foreign party confirmed the possibility of exporting this product upon receipt of one-time licenses.

In turn, the Indian side expressed interest in exporting dairy products to the Russian market and increasing the volume of buffalo meat supplied.

The parties agreed to conduct mutual inspections of enterprises producing products of animal origin in the near future.

During the negotiations, an agreement was reached to organize the 1st meeting of the working group on interaction in the field of electronic certification in May.

In addition, the issue of mutual cooperation in the field of veterinary safety was discussed, including a scientific dialogue between competent institutions. ROSSELKHOZNADZOR invited foreign colleagues to visit RUSSIA to exchange experience in the fight against the spread and elimination of especially dangerous animal diseases.
