2020 was characterized by an increase in wholesale prices for livestock and beef in RUSSIA. The prices for MEAT imported from abroad, including beef by-products, also strengthened.
The average prices for frozen beef offal imported to the Russian Federation in 2020, according to the calculations of AB-Center, were at levels of 1,814.2 usd/t (in terms of rubles - 130,791 RUB/t). In relation to 2019, they increased by 1.5% (in rubles - by 13.1%).

The dynamics of prices for imported frozen offal by type, according to the calculations of AB-Center, looked as follows:
- Language - 3,003.6 USD/t (217,352 RUB/kg). Decrease in dollars - by 20.8%, in rubles - by 11.4%.
- Liver - 1,400.8 USD/t (100,637 RUB/t). Growth in dollars - by 22.4%, in rubles - by 35.9%.
- Diaphragm - 2,963.1 USD/t (213,542 RUB/t). Growth in dollars - by 11.2%, in rubles - by 23.6%.
- Other offal - 1,832.9 USD/t (132,298 RUB/t). Growth in dollars - by 3.7%, in rubles - by 15.7%.
