The Arbitration Court of the Tula Region declared Tula Pioneer LLC bankrupt

In the region, one by one, assets belonging to businessman Igor Lipgart are going bankrupt. 

Igor Lipgart, who died suddenly last year, is widely known as the leader of a group of entrepreneurs who opened 15 small sausage shops in 1996, which they called "pioneers". Lipgart also managed Teplo-Ogarevsky MEAT Processing Plant LLC, the City of Masters chain of stores and Tula pioneer LLC.

On Wednesday, November 10, the regional arbitration COURT declared Tula Pioneer LLC bankrupt and opened bankruptcy proceedings against the company. The process in December 2020 was initiated by the Tula branch of Sberbank, filing a lawsuit with claims amounting to about 390 million rubles. The monitoring procedure at the enterprise was introduced in March 2021.

Earlier, Siemens Finance LLC filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court, which demanded that the Teplo-Ogarevsky Meat Processing Plant be declared insolvent, which did not fulfill its obligations under the leasing agreement. Since September 3, surveillance has been introduced at the enterprise, and the bankruptcy case of Teplo-Ogarevsky Meat Processing Plant LLC will be considered in March 2022 .
