Opening of the swimming season: organizational and preventive work among the population on safe behavior on water bodies

With the onset of the swimming season, especially if the summer is hot, the influx of vacationers to the water increases sharply. And the number of accidents increases accordingly. The vast majority of them are associated with violations of the rules of safe behavior on the water. The main reasons are still swimming while intoxicated and swimming in prohibited areas.

In recent years, there has been a steady downward trend in the number of deaths in water bodies.
