We start cooking with beef. This can take a long time, depending on the type of meat. The main thing is that the pulp is pliable and not rigid. In parallel, cut the onion into half rings - as thin as possible. We also chop pickled cucumbers, but in strips. Chop the beef into chunks.

At first glance, the knuckle is an energy-intensive and difficult-to-cook dish. In practice, everything is much simpler than it seems. We will need:
2 pork knuckles; 200 g cranberries; 100 g of granular mustard; 3 tablespoons of honey; 5 tablespoons of butter; 1 bay leaf.
We boil water, adding spices to taste to it, then put the peeled (leave the skin) shank into the pan and bring to a boil again. We simmer the meat for about an hour on a small fire. While the shank gradually reach half-cooked, it's time to do the marinade. To get a fragrant and ruddy knuckle, mix honey, mustard and butter. In the resulting mass, add half a glass of broth and bring to a uniform state.
Then everything is simple: in a form covered with food paper, put the knuckle and generously grease with the resulting marinade. We send the meat to the oven for an hour at a temperature of 220 ° C. To make the shank appetizing and fried, shortly before the end of cooking, place the form on the top rack of the oven and turn on the grill mode. In this way, bake for about 10 more minutes and get an excellent crust.
You can serve this dish with almost any side dish. But we would recommend the classic ones - boiled potatoes and sauerkraut. From drinks, strong ALCOHOL and, of course, beer are suitable. Beef medallions Recently, more and more people go to celebrate the New Year outside the city. For this occasion, we also prepared a simple and very tasty recipe. Important: for cooking you will need a grill, as well as the following products:
300 g of beef (veal) sirloin; 1 pinch of salt; a mixture of peppers; 1 tablespoon of OLIVE OIL.
We give the meat the shape of a medallion. The fillet itself is tender, so you should not beat it off. Marinate it a little in a mixture of olive oil and peppers. If possible, let the medallions stand for a while.
On a hot grill, fry the meat on both sides. To get a medium roast, about 1.5 minutes on each side is enough. Love with blood? Decrease the interval slightly (works the other way around). This meat dish can be served with grilled vegetables. If desired, medallions can also be obtained at home in a relief pan. Baked chicken fillet Drying chicken fillet is very easy, but making it tender and tasty is the task of a real man. We will try to surprise your family with a simple, but very tasty dish. What you need:
3 chicken fillets; 2 tomatoes; 50 g of cheese; 2 tablespoons of olive oil; feather bow.
We wash the fillet and dry it. On each we make 3-4 incisions. Salt and pepper the meat. In the cuts we put the tomato cut into rings and a slice of cheese. Next, send the fillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. No more, otherwise the meat will become dry. Pineapples in beer batter Preparing for the New Year, do not forget about dessert. To surprise your family, prepare an unusual pineapple dish for them, in which beer plays a fundamental role - one of the favorite men's drinks. You will need:
1 can of pineapples in their own juice (preferably in pieces); 1 egg; 1 glass of FLOUR; 1 tablespoon of SUGAR; 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon; 0.5 glass of beer; vegetable oil.
We take all the ingredients (except pineapples, beer, oil) and mix. Drain the syrup from the pineapple jar. The preparation itself is easy. Heat enough sunflower oil in a saucepan so that you can completely lower a piece of pineapple into it. Next, we take the fruit, dip it in batter, dip it in boiling oil and wait for the appearance of a golden crust.
Before serving, place the dish on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. To taste, you can sprinkle pineapples with powdered sugar or other favorite sweetness.
