Dairy diet: how to lose weight quickly and safely in 7 days

Mono-component diets are becoming more and more popular. It's easy to explain: there is no "hassle" with the diet, and you see the results almost immediately. What is the essence of the mono-diet? You consume only one product for a few days and lose weight literally before your eyes. Moreover, most of the mono-diet products contain antioxidants, so you not only lose weight but also cleanse the body of accumulated toxins. It's just a matter of choosing the very product that you will spend at least a week alone with.

When choosing the main component for a mono-diet, you should remember about the dangers to the body: the lack of nutrients and vitamins can lead to disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, deterioration of the nervous system, exacerbation of chronic diseases, the development of anemia and other unpleasant consequences. Do not forget about the emotional side of the question - to eat the same product for a whole week is quite difficult. So we decided to talk about the "softest" in all senses of the word mono-diet - dairy.

Advantages of the dairy diet

Unlike other mono diets, the milk diet does not deplete the body, but on the contrary, increases the content of useful elements in the blood and improves the metabolic process. One glass of milk contains up to 8 grams of pure protein, which allows you to fully meet your muscle needs. In addition, milk saturates the body with calcium, which has an important effect on the process of burning fat. But the lack of calcium can lead to the fact that a person can not lose weight even with a very low-calorie diet.

Duration of the diet

As a rule, the milk mono-diet lasts for 7 days. The recommended time of consumption of milk is from 8:00 to 20:00. On the first day, you need to drink a glass of milk every 2 hours; on the second day, a glass every 1.5 hours; the third day involves drinking a glass of milk every hour; on the remaining four days, you need to drink a glass of milk every half hour.

Diet for the week

But not everyone can adhere to such strict restrictions. You can choose one of the multicomponent diets, which are based on dairy products. This can be a dairy-plant diet or any dairy-fruit diet. In this case, a sample menu for the day looks as follows:

breakfast - 1 banana, 200 ml of kefir;
Second breakfast - 200 ml of milk;
lunch - 200 g of vegetable salad dressed with yogurt, 1 egg;
Afternoon snack - 100 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of oatmeal with milk;
dinner - 200 ml of kefir, 1 apple.
In addition, you must drink 1 liter of milk per day, dividing it into several portions, and at least 1 liter of clean water - a glass before each meal.

Contraindications
Allergies or individual intolerance to the product can be a contraindication to the milk diet. A possible reason for the body's negative reaction to milk is the presence of protein A1. In such cases, it is worth trying milk containing only protein A2, it is better digested and does not cause discomfort in the intestines. Important: if you are on a dairy mono-diet, choose only natural milk of high quality.
