An oil extraction plant with a capacity of 2 t/h was launched in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

One of the areas of work of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University is the development of integrated technologies for the cultivation and seed production of oilseeds and technologies for their processing into food and feed products. On the basis of LLC "OPKh Solyanskoye" a complex production was created. This production is equipped with equipment manufactured and supplied by the Agro-engineering company (NPP A-ENGINEERING LLC). The company was able to complete complex engineering tasks and form modular production lines that provide flexible and quick reconfiguration for various oilseeds and various quality requirements for vegetable oil, cake and feed products. For Siberian enterprises, this is an opportunity to get acquainted with spinning technologies, receive consulting support from specialists and organize their own processing.

The plant is designed for the processing of various oilseeds: rapeseed, camelina, and others.

Project description: 

Raw materials (seeds) are unloaded into the pit from the machine, and fed into silos (3 containers of 500 tons are installed). Raw materials are fed to the processing shop from the selected silo into one of the 4 buffer galvanized bins with a capacity of 13m3. In winter, the raw material is heated from the warm air in the room.

The workshop has 3 oil pressing modules: 

1. Double extraction module based on 2 AR-500 oil presses with a capacity of up to 500 kg/h

2. Module for double pressing with intermediate extrusion, based on 2 oil presses АР-500 and extruder ES-500-A-Oil with a capacity of up to 500 kg/h

3 Module for 2-fold pressing with extrusion and cake cooling column with a capacity of up to 1 t/h. 

Modules can squeeze different crops at the same time. The oil undergoes primary purification on press filters and is fed into buffer tanks. 

The equipment is controlled from programmable control panels. The operator's room has a dispatch and control system. See the video review for more details.
