Specialists from the department for socio-economic development of the village, together with representatives of the district administration, paid a working visit to agricultural producers in the Asinovsky district.
In the first half of the day, department employees looked at the facilities of the Siberian MILK breeding farm, the leader in milk productivity in the region. In the village of Malo-Zhirovo they visited an old complex where black-and-white cattle are kept - more than 800 HEAD. At the end of 2022, the cows of the dairy farm, which the company “inherited” from the Kirov state farm, produced an average of 8,258 kg of milk per cow. Today, the enterprise is systematically working to displace the black-and-white herd using the method of absorption crossing with Holsteins. At the new complex in the village of Yagodnoye, where Holstein-Friesian breeding cattle are kept, specialists visited the milking department. it is here that the highest milk productivity at the enterprise is achieved: in 2023, the average milk yield was 11,120 kg.
In the village of Malo-Zhirovo, department employees stopped by the production site of the peasant farm of Valentina Yurmazova, the chairman of the Village of Masters SPRC and the recipient of the Family Farm grant. Valentina Georgievna has been involved in crop production for several years. Using state support and her own funds, in 2023 she purchased a Belarus tractor and trailed equipment for the development of the farm. In addition, it has a grain dryer, two warehouses, a grain store and a Vector-410 grain harvester. This year, the farmer plans to sow more than 96 hectares with wheat, 100 hectares with barley, 50 hectares with oats, 50 hectares with peas and 30 hectares with rapeseed.
The next point on the route was Lina Mikhailina’s dairy farm . The farmer has repeatedly become a recipient of grant support. In 2019, it received state support in the amount of more than 15.5 million rubles. The funds are aimed at further development of the family farm - expansion of livestock premises, purchase of equipment for feed procurement and cheese making. A cheese-making workshop was launched. In 2021, as part of regional support, she received a grant of 2.5 million rubles for landscaping. In addition, a grain storage warehouse has been built. Today, the milk yield per cow on the farm is 6246 kg. In general, at the end of 2023, the farm’s productivity amounted to 649 tons of milk.
At Svetlana Khismatullina’s robotic farm in the village of Yagodnoye, department employees assessed the maintenance of Jersey cows and the milk processing workshop. The farm received grant support in 2019, having built a farm, purchased livestock, machinery and equipment, including for cheese making. Today, the highlight of the farm is agrotourism, for the development of which the head of the peasant farm also received state support in the amount of 5 million rubles. In September 2023, a new tourist attraction “Dutch Village” was built on the farm’s territory, which has already been visited by about a thousand people.
In the afternoon, acting officers joined the working trip. Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region for Agro-Industrial Policy and Environmental Management Artem Konev and Head of the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village Evgenia Bulkina. The managers met with representatives of Holding Milk LLC and discussed with them the implementation of the Bolshedorokhovskoye Milk project - the construction of a dairy complex for 2000 heads. Currently, pile fields for two cowsheds have been prepared at the site, work has begun on the installation of metal structures for the maternity ward and milking unit, a set of transformer substation EKTP and power lines have been installed, an external 10 kW power supply network and external gas supply networks have been laid, and general construction work has begun at the sanitary inspection station .
In the village of Staro-Kuskovo, the participants of the working trip visited the farm of Galina Kotsaba, a recipient of the Agrostartup grant. The farm is engaged in breeding cattle for MEAT production. The grant funds are used for the purchase of breeding stock and the construction of livestock buildings.
The final point of the working visit to the farms of the Asinovsky district was the slaughter peasant farm of Alexander Malorossiyanov. In 2021, Alexander Viktorovich received an Agrostartup grant, thanks to which he purchased breeding stock, a tractor and trailed equipment. Currently, the farm has 328 heads of cattle, of which 44 are cows. Four jobs were created. Last year, the farm slaughtered 78.5 centners of cattle in live weight.
At the end of the day, a meeting was held in the administration of the Asinovsky district, the participants of which summed up the results of the working day and plans for the current year.
The head of the department for socio-economic development of villages in the Tomsk region, Evgenia Bulkina, spoke about measures to support small businesses in the region. Representatives of the Veterinary Department voiced issues of labeling cattle and other farm animals according to the new rules. Rosselkhozbank specialists offered options for preferential lending in the agro-industrial complex; specialists from the agro-industrial complex department of the Asinovsky District Administration summed up the results of the implementation of grants in the past year and spoke about plans for 2024 .
