The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia forms a single digital platform for the agro-industrial complex

Currently, the department has created 11 information systems that provide the industry with production and financial indicators for accurate management decisions. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Agriculture Elena Fastova at the panel discussion "Digital Transformation of the Agro-Industrial Complex", which was held as part of the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" conference in Nizhny Novgorod.
As noted at the event, in order to improve the efficiency of production and technological processes, the Ministry of Agriculture is forming a single digital platform for the agro-industrial and fishery complexes. it will allow planning balances of production, consumption of agricultural products, providing public services in digital form, and much more.
A traceability system for grain and products of its processing has been launched. There is a federal state information system for accounting and registration of tractors, self-propelled machines and trailers for them, which aggregates information on the number and condition of self-propelled machines and trailers for them, interacting with the information systems of the Gostekhnadzor bodies. This year, data will be received from the Gostekhnadzor of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as processing, verification, accumulation and storage of information on self-propelled vehicles, their owners and persons admitted to management. Also in the plans are integration with the Unified Identification and Authentication System, the Unified System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction and the organization of interaction with the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
According to Elena Fastova, in 2022 it is planned to continue improving digital services, in particular, to start creating a neural network that will allow recognizing the contours of the fields and the culture growing on them. As part of the integration with the Unified Electronic Cartographic Basis, the possibility of obtaining information about the boundaries of lands is being worked out, and integration with the “Digital Monitoring” information system of the Russian Agricultural Center will also be carried out.
In addition, on the basis of the GIS "Single Window" in 2022, it is planned to form a database of industry indicators by organizing a single meta-data model. This will create a modern and user-friendly system interface, offering users a personal account, as well as a mobile application.
