The court extended the bankruptcy proceedings in the Belgorod HC "White Bird" until October 17

The Arbitration Court of the Belgorod Region has extended the bankruptcy proceedings at LLC Holding Company Belaya Ptitsa (the parent company of the Belaya Ptitsa Agricultural Holding, Belgorod Region) until October 17, the court ruling says.

Consideration of the bankruptcy trustee's report is scheduled for the same date.

It follows from the materials of the case that it is currently not possible to complete the bankruptcy proceedings.

According to the report submitted to the court, the claims of creditors of the first and second stages were not declared, the claims of the third stage amounted to 7 billion 268 million 129.64 thousand rubles.

As reported, in March 2022, the shares in the subsidiaries belonging to the White Bird Holding Company were sold for 60 thousand rubles at an auction with a closed form for submitting price proposals. The winner is one of the seven participants, acting in the interests of Islam Eskenderov. The property included in the lot is pledged to Stavropol Broiler LLC (part of the Resource group of agricultural enterprises).

Bankruptcy proceedings at Belaya Ptitsa LLC were introduced in August 2019 at the request of Trust Bank, the successor of Avtovazbank (Samara Region). The court included the bank's claims in the amount of 6.7 billion rubles in the third stage of the register of creditors.

In August 2021, Stavropolsky Broiler LLC became the assignee of Trust Bank for claims in the amount of 7.25 billion rubles in the bankruptcy case of White Bird Holding Company LLC.
