The investor was SPS-Agrogroup LLC, headed by Mikhail Panov. Construction began with the groundbreaking on May 9 , symbolizing the commitment to local traditions. The factory will occupy over 40 hectares, housing not only poultry houses but also other necessary production facilities. The total investment in the project is over two billion rubles, which will be used for both construction and infrastructure modernization.
The area has now been cleared of old structures, electricity and water supply connections have been completed, and gas supply has begun. The project places particular emphasis on the continuity of traditions, with former employees of the old poultry farm participating in the construction, creating an atmosphere of trust and support among the local community.
The Rodina poultry farm will become part of a multi-industry agro-industrial complex that will also grow fruit and berry crops. This approach will not only increase egg production but also expand the range of agricultural products, which is important for the region's food security. Construction is expected to be completed by 2027, and the first poultry houses will begin operations in 2026, helping to restore the farm's historical role in the region.
