"Tyumen Dairy Farms" sued more than 3 million rubles of debt from the "Yalutorovsky Meat Processing Plant"

The Arbitration COURT of the Tyumen Region satisfied the claim of the Tyumen Dairy Farms organization against the Yalutorovsky MEAT Processing Plant, which owed more than 3 million rubles.
Under an agreement concluded in January 2019, Tyumen Dairy Farms was supposed to supply carcasses of farm animals to the meat processing plant and fulfilled their part of the agreement. And the meat processing plant did not pay for the supplies in full.
The court found the debtor guilty and ordered him to pay the debt and collected the state duty, which is about 40 thousand rubles, the court told the publication.
