Trading house BPC named after Gafuri is suspected of deliberate bankruptcy

The Arbitration COURT of Bashkiria received an application for the return of 18.3 million rubles to the bankruptcy estate of the Ufa LLC MEAT Trading Company.
The meat trading company was declared bankrupt in October 2021. The lawsuit was filed by bankruptcy trustee Ekaterina Shabunina, who insists on invalidating the transaction with the trading house of the Bashkir poultry complex named after Mazhit Gafuri.
Under the terms of the transaction, Meat Trading Company LLC, already practically insolvent at that time, received a loan from UralCapitalBank LLC to pay for turkey meat under the Indyushkin TM, ordered from LLC Trade House BPC im. Gafuri"". The total amount of payments under agreements between the parties amounted to about 247 million rubles, which significantly exceeded the proceeds from the sale of this product.
In a statement filed with the arbitration court, Ekaterina Shabunina claims that the companies were affiliated: the supplier and customer of the goods had the same founder, Olga Orlova, and they repeatedly provided loans to each other. De facto it was a withdrawal of funds.
According to the bankruptcy trustee, the bankruptcy of LLC “TD “BPK im. Gafuri” was deliberate. Now Ekaterina Shabunina is seeking to bring the general directors of both companies to subsidiary liability for a total of 367 million rubles.
