A herd of pigs, legally owned by Permsky Pig Farm LLC, has been put up for auction.
On Friday, August 6, the management of Permsky Pig Complex JSC stated that only the slaughter of pigs can prevent the spread of the epizootic among the livestock of the farm in the village of Maisky. The decision to contest the arrest of the herd and further appeals was made taking into account precisely such a risk, says Vladimir Kapitonov, General DIRECTOR of the enterprise.
Since June, the management of JSC "Perm Pig Farm" has been seeking the slaughter of 26,000 fattening piglets from 29,000 heads . At the same time, a significant part of the herd (24 thousand heads) is pledged to the Russian Agricultural Bank. Now the management is challenging the court's refusal to lift restrictive measures from the livestock, which is in safe custody and owned by the former leaseholder of assets in Omsk, Pig Complex Permsky LLC, a Synergy group of companies.
The Perm pig farm does not agree with the procedure for the sale of the herd determined by the COURT. First, the regional Ministry of Agriculture agreed to sell the entire herd in one lot. However, later, taking into account the requirements of the Russian Agricultural Bank, the bankruptcy trustee of Permsky Pig Complex LLC, Aglaya Lyasman, agreed with the sale of the livestock in two batches: the pledge pigs of the regional enterprise and the pledge pigs of the bank separately.
The directorate of JSC "Perm Pig Farm" complained to the court that Lyasman was delaying the auction. In the end, on August 5, she put two lots of pigs up for auction in the form of an open offer. The starting price of the first (pigs pledged by the enterprise) is 149.8 million rubles. Every two days until August 25, it will decrease by 10% until it drops to the lower limit - 14.9 million rubles. The mortgage herd of Rosselkhozbank was divided into 24 lots of 3.68 million rubles each. Their prices will be reduced in the same order.
