Meat production in North Ossetia increased by 4% in 2024

Agricultural enterprises of the region produced 3.1 thousand tons of MEAT, which is 6% of the total volume. At the same time, peasant (farming) households and individual entrepreneurs increased production by 119.1%, gaining 12 thousand tons, which is 23.4% of the total volume. Personal subsidiary farms remain key players in meat supply, increasing their share of production to 36.5 thousand tons or 70.6% of the total volume.
