Meat processing enterprise AGROECO - launch of the second stage

Commissioning and test work has now been completed. The volume of processed products is gradually growing. By the end of 2023, the deboning shop should receive more than 2,500 heads per day. And when the site reaches full capacity, the daily processing rate will reach 8,800 heads. When fully loaded, only this production shop will provide new jobs for 800 people.

Recall that after the launch in 2022 of the first stage of the MEAT processing enterprise (MPP) - the slaughter shop - the production of half carcasses and offal was launched. The new deboning site will allow the production of a wide range of products: neck, tenderloin, chop, ham, shoulder, as well as other industrial products, which are mainly used by meat processing enterprises for the manufacture of finished products.

MPP AGROECO uses the latest generation of technological solutions that allow the production of safe, environmentally friendly pork of consistently high quality. Deboflex vertical deboning technology is one such solution. According to experts, vertical deboning has a number of advantages over classical deboning. In the first case, a significant part of the processes is automated, which has a positive effect on the speed and accuracy of operations, productivity and quality of the finished product. 

“There is minimal impact on the meat in vertical deboning. it is less in contact with the surface, respectively, it collects less bacteria, this favorably affects the quality characteristics, shelf life. Our enterprise is the sixth production facility in the world where this technology is used,” says Evgeniy Kiyatkin, DIRECTOR of the AGROECO meat processing enterprise.

At the end of 2022, more than 87 thousand tons of products were produced at the holding's WFP. In parallel with the phased launch, this figure will increase. The plans for 2023 are to sell about 207 thousand tons. Upon reaching the production capacity, the enterprise will be able to produce more than 300 thousand tons of products.
