Kurgan MEAT Processing Plant "Standard" has been certified under the Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) scheme.

The FSSC 22000 certificate for the food safety management system confirms the compliance of the entire production cycle and food products produced by the enterprise with the requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

World experts in the field of food safety, interacting within the framework of GFSI, formulated the main idea of ​​the FSSC 22000 scheme as follows: "Certified once - recognized everywhere." The scheme is based on the widely recognized iso 22000 standard, prerequisite programs (PRPs) and additional requirements set out in the PRP technical specifications.

FSSC 22000 applies to all organizations involved in the food and feed supply chain, regardless of their size and complexity, from producers of agricultural raw materials to manufacturers of packaging. it covers product transportation, warehousing, retail and catering operations.
