From January to November 2021, RUSSIA imported about 500 thousand tons of MEAT for $1.35 million.

The main volumes of imports fall on poultry meat - it makes up about 44% of all meat imports to Russia. The import of cattle meat is about 40% of the total import of meat, and the share of pork does not exceed 1.5%. Even less mutton is imported - no more than 0.5% of all meat imports.

The main suppliers of meat to Russia are Belarus (39%), Brazil (22%), Paraguay (17%), Argentina (8%) and Kazakhstan (5%). The share of other suppliers in total does not exceed 10%.
