The Gastreet festival was held at the Krasnaya Polyana resort in Sochi for the eighth time. it is held for catering market professionals and includes a large number of business events and master classes. This year the number of festival participants exceeded 6.7 thousand people.
The Cherkizovo group was represented at the festival by their own two-story restaurant, decorated in the style of the 80s. Here, the managers of the Foodservice team organized tastings - both MEAT products developed for customers of the restaurant market, and other dishes. Brand chefs of the company Alexander Chernyshov, Eduard Denisov and Maxim Morozov showed visitors their skills in cooking burgers, pizza, as well as tom yam, pickle and even ice cream with bacon in gold leaf.
During the festival, Cherkizovo Foodservice managers held meetings with a number of strategic partners: fast food chains Rostic's, Burger King, Domino's, Gagawa, retailer Metro, distributors Arosa, East-West, Azbuka Food Trade and others. Also, within the framework of the festival, negotiations were held with new potential partners.
