Some of the bribes, according to the investigation, were transferred for initiating illegal enforcement proceedings, with the help of which businessmen cashed out money. Kozhevnikov was charged with taking two bribes totaling 1.15 million rubles. - This is a very large size. In addition, investigators consider him involved in 36 cases of bribery, as well as fraud.

Bankruptcy case of BM pool

The Arbitration COURT of the Perm Territory received an application from LLC Consulting-Service (owns 50% of LLC BM) to declare bankrupt the DIRECTOR of the BM pool, Elena Semenova. The application to the regional arbitration became a logical continuation of the history of the fact of the creation of a fictitious debt to the mother of Elena Semenova, Lyudmila Luzina, established in court.
