In the Moscow region improved the electronic service for the selection of agricultural land

Two additional options for choosing agricultural land have been added to the service on the regional portal of public services.
“Together with our colleagues, we continue to improve the service for the selection of agricultural land. Previously, the applicant had the opportunity to select a specific land plot on the map, now there is also a function to select a location in the district where the land is needed. This method will allow you to select or form a site according to specific requirements. The electronic database has already included 331 land plots with a total area of ​​more than 5,000 hectares, and we continue to work,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region Georgy Filimonov, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The interactive map also shows prohibited zones and agricultural lands are highlighted in a separate color. After choosing a location, the applicant immediately sees the necessary algorithm of actions for registering the site.
In addition, the service has added the ability to select land seized from debtors and sold through tenders. Also now you can see the plots used for other purposes and confiscated from unscrupulous owners. So, there was an additional site for the implementation of this category of land.
When choosing a confiscated land plot, the applicant immediately sees the cadastral number of the plot, address or location, area, type of permitted use, date of the auction, contact details for communication on the acquisition of the land plot.
