Food production increased in Kabardino-Balkaria

In January-November 2021, enterprises of the food and processing industry of Kabardino-Balkaria shipped goods of their own production in the amount of about 19 billion rubles, which is 10% more than in 2020, according to the North Caucasus State Statistics Service.
There was an increase in the production of drinking MILK - by 23%, fermented milk products - by 8.3%. Over 2,000 tons of butter, melted butter and vegetable mixtures were produced, which is 131% compared to the same period in 2020.
1.5 thousand tons of sausages were received, or 139% by 11 months of 2020.
In January-November 2021, the production of mineral water, soft drinks, and canned fruits and vegetables also increased.
