On June 15, the government of the Bryansk region held a meeting of the operational headquarters via videoconference chaired by the Deputy Governor of the Bryansk region Boris Gribanov.
The meeting was attended by heads of executive authorities assigned to the municipal districts of the region, heads of federal state budgetary institutions, heads of administrations of municipal districts, heads of the State Public Institution of the Bryansk Region "District Departments of Agriculture", representatives of the Department of Agriculture, heads of agricultural enterprises in the region.
Opening the meeting, Boris Ivanovich congratulated everyone on the completion of spring field work and noted that all the plans set for the region's farmers were fulfilled despite the difficult weather conditions this year.
Serhiy Simonenko, Acting HEAD of the Department of Agriculture, spoke about the progress of forage harvesting in agricultural enterprises of the region and the care of crops in 2022 as of June 14, 2022.
For the upcoming wintering in 2022-2023, agricultural enterprises and peasant (farm) enterprises will have to procure 1 million 390 thousand tons of coarse and 1 million 651 thousand tons of succulent fodder. About 380 thousand hectares are occupied by fodder crops in agricultural enterprises of the region this year.
In the region it is necessary to mow seeded and natural perennial grasses on an area of 119 thousand hectares. As of June 14, 2022, farms in 23 districts have started mowing. Mowed 7212 hectares or 6% of the plan. Haymaking is actively carried out in the Brasovsky district, where 41% of grasses are cut, Klintsovsky - 42%, Klimovsky - 40%, Starodubsky - 1120 hectares.
As of today, 1907 tons of hay have been harvested. Hay is harvested in 13 districts: Brasovsky, Zhukovsky, Zlynkovsky, Karachevsky, Kletnyansky, Klimovsky, Klintsovsky, Komarichsky, Krasnogorsky, Pochepsky, Surazhsky, Trubchevsky, Unechsky.
Haylage harvested 37515 tons. Farms harvest it in 10 districts: Brasovsky, Bryansk, Gordeevsky, Klimovsky, Klintsovsky, Komarichsky, Krasnogorsky, Pogarsky, Sevsky, Starodubsky.
To date, 52% of haylage has been harvested in the Brasovsky district against the plan, in Klintsovsky - 56%, Klimovsky - 67%.
More than 1.2 million tons of silage will be harvested in the region. Farms in the Starodubsky district have started harvesting it.
It is planned to harvest haylage and silage using preservatives (starter cultures) for harvesting succulent fodder.
Farms of the region have 278 forage harvesters, 500 mowers, 390 rakes, 526 balers on their balance sheet. The readiness of forage harvesting equipment is 98%.
The preliminary need for petroleum products for fodder in 2022 is: diesel fuel - 4,616 tons, gasoline - 200 tons.
According to the information of the main supplier, there will be no problems with the supply of petroleum products during the period of fodder harvesting.
The acquisition of new equipment continues - this year agricultural producers have already purchased 46 units of tractors, 32 units of grain harvesters, 90 units of trailers.
According to information from dealers supplying imported agricultural machinery in the Bryansk region, there are currently no problems with the supply of agricultural machinery and spare parts to the region.
For the current period, agricultural enterprises of the region are protecting crops from weeds, pests and diseases. The chemical treatment of winter crops has been completed, and the protection of crops of other agricultural crops continues.
Petr Prudnikov, DIRECTOR of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Bryanskgrokhimradiologiya", spoke on the issue of checking feed for quality during the harvesting period.
Alexander Frolov, head of the Rosselkhozcenter branch in the Bryansk region, told the audience about the use of silage starter and crop care in 2022, and also noted that from July 1, 2022, the Federal State Information System for Pesticides and Agrochemicals Traceability (FSIS PPA) will start operating in the Russian Federation ). All business entities involved in the circulation of pesticides and agrochemicals, including production, packaging, sale, transportation, storage, use of pesticides and agrochemicals and disposal of containers from them, must be registered with the FSIS PPA. You can do it right now. To do this, you need to submit in electronic form a completed and signed application to the territorial department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR. For agricultural producers of all forms of ownership that have not registered in this system, from July 1, 2022, it will be impossible to purchase plant protection products, mineral fertilizers and other agrochemicals, their movement and use.
During the meeting, Starodubsky and Klintsovsky districts, which show good results in forage harvesting, were heard via videoconferencing.
In conclusion, Boris Ivanovich noted that it is necessary to increase the pace of fodder procurement and take appropriate measures to provide livestock with fodder in full demand.
