More than 7 billion 357 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the activities of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture in Bashkortostan in 2021, of which 4.2 billion rubles are from the budget of the republic, Deputy Prime Minister Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
The agro-industrial complex of the republic last year was severely affected by the drought, which affected the indicators.
it was noted that at the end of 2021, the volume of crop production in the republic amounted to 77 billion rubles. High temperatures and an acute shortage of precipitation were observed throughout the republic. Due to the abnormal weather conditions last year, agricultural crops were seriously damaged, the area of ​​crop loss amounted to about 250 thousand hectares. Nevertheless, agrarians harvested 2 million 60 thousand tons of grain, 975.6 thousand tons of SUGAR beet, 374.8 thousand tons of oilseeds, which more than meets the needs of the region.
Livestock products in the republic in 2021 were produced in the region for 108.6 billion rubles. Marketable MILK production volumes amounted to 757.3 thousand tons at the end of the year, the HEAD of the republican agrarian department emphasized.
In terms of the volume of milk produced (according to the results of 2021), the republic ranks 2nd among the constituent entities of RUSSIA. Ilshat Fazrakhmanov noted that, at the same time, the process of intensification of the industry continues, milk yield per cow has increased (6226 kilograms, or +297 kg by 2020), livestock is being renewed for a healthy breeding stock. So, according to the results of 2021, more than 6 thousand 35 heads of breeding dairy cattle were purchased. The average productivity of breeding cattle amounted to 7871 kg/head, which is 296 kg higher than in 2020. It is important that investors in the region are completing investment projects for dairy cattle breeding, where the gross milk yield today is from 32 to 63 tons of milk per day, with the national average - 18 tons of milk per day.
The results of the year in the food industry were also announced. The volume of shipped food products in 2021 amounted to 111 billion rubles, or 134.4% in current prices compared to the level of 2020. Organizations of the food processing industry of the republic produce almost the entire range of basic food products. According to the results of the past year, the republic increased the production of MEAT, meat semi-finished products, refined vegetable oils and rapeseed, pasta.
“In general, work this year, as before, will be aimed at developing the strategic directions of the agro-industrial complex and production efficiency,” said Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
