The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia will finance the farmers of Transbaikalia by almost 1.5 billion rubles

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Trans-Baikal Territory in 2022 will receive over 1.4 billion rubles from the federal budget for the development of the agro-industrial complex, said the HEAD of the regional agricultural department Denis Bochkarev.
“According to the results of 2021, we managed to conclude 12 agreements with the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA to finance activities aimed at developing agriculture in Transbaikalia, for a total amount of 1 billion 460 million rubles. According to the results of last year, funds in the amount of 1 billion 196 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets for state support of agricultural producers of the region,” the minister explained.
According to him, the increase in subsidies next year is due, among other things, to new measures of state support.
“There will be such areas as reimbursement of costs for preparing land surveying projects and for carrying out cadastral works by municipal districts. Grants will be provided to support scientific and educational organizations to stimulate the development of sub-sectors of the agro-industrial complex. The financing of measures for the improvement of agricultural land and the integrated development of rural areas will also increase significantly,” Denis Bochkarev specified.
