Media workers of Kuban will pass a training program in new media

On Thursday, August 26, face-to-face classes begin for the first students of the educational program "Workshop of New Media" to train specialists in the field of Internet communications

This year, two streams will be organized for training in the field of new media, the third stream is planned to be launched for specialists in the field of PR.

Each stream will be attended by 75 people from 36 regions of the country - winners of the "Leaders of Internet Communications" contest, winners and participants of the contest for promising bloggers "TopBLOG", active bloggers and representatives of the media sphere who work and develop in the digital direction.

Eight media workers from the Krasnodar Territory became participants in the first stream at once. Kuban has the largest representation in the program among the regions after Moscow. The program was attended by representatives of the NIA media holding, RBC Krasnodar, RBC TV Kuban, Kuban News, as well as active bloggers.

The "New Media Workshop" is focused on training and creating a community of "digital" specialists in the field of Internet communications and media who will be able to work effectively in the new information space using the most modern tools and tools. The new educational program was organized as part of an agreement on cooperation in the field of training specialists in the field of Internet communications between ANO "Dialogue Regions" and the presidential platform "Russia - a country of opportunities" on the basis of the educational center - Management Workshop "Senezh".

The opening of the New Media Workshop will be attended by Leonid Levin, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, Alexei Komissarov, General DIRECTOR of ANO RUSSIA — Land of Opportunities, and Alexei Goreslavsky, General Director of Dialog ANO.

Training in skills and competencies, communication tools will consist of four full-time five-day educational modules, which will be built on the principle of a theater workshop. The first module will be devoted to the formation of a personal brand of a professional in the field of media. The program provides for inter-module work - the implementation of practical tasks, the development of skills in covering events and informational occasions, the search for interesting topics and characters.

Masters will work with the audience - professional practitioners who have achieved high results in the field of new media. The masters of the program were the editorial director of News Media Aram Gabrelyanov, the editor-in-chief of the RT TV channel and MIA Rossiya Segodnya Margarita Simonyan, the author and host of the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov program, the author of the SolovyovLIVE YouTube project, the author and host of the radio program Full Contact "On" Vesti FM "Vladimir Solovyov. Masters with their teams will conduct practical courses for students of the program in their studios.

The program of the Workshop provides educational tracks for the development of soft skills ("soft skills"), which are necessary for a modern person for successful personal and professional development. Among them are team building, creative thinking, innovativeness and “health management”.

Every morning, participants will start with exercises and jogging under the guidance of an experienced coach, who will be “completed” with a special mobile application. The team of each stream will have the task of running a distance equal to the Earth's equator in six months. Each module will end with a media tour of the iconic venues of the capital. So, the participants of the starting module will visit VDNKh with a tour and, as a result, will create real content for social networks.

During the training, students will work on their own projects, which they will present as part of the competitive selection of ANO "Institute for the Development of the Internet". The best projects will be able to apply for financial and expert support from teachers and mentors of the program.

Autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) "Russia - a country of opportunities" was created on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Key goals of the organization: creating conditions for increasing social mobility, ensuring personal and professional self-realization of citizens, as well as creating effective social mobility in Russia. The goal is to combine technological and managerial practices in the digital environment to speed up the resolution of issues that people apply to the authorities. On behalf of the President of Russia, Dialog has formed a network of Regional Management Centers (RCCs) in all regions of the country, designed to facilitate the implementation of feedback systems in the regions, coordinate work with messages from the population on the Internet and provide analytical support for the adoption of managerial decisions by authorities. During the covid-19 pandemicOn the basis of Dialogue, the Information Center for Monitoring the Situation with the CORONAVIRUS (ICC) functioned, which became a single window for communications on the entire information agenda related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Dialog has developed and launched its own online educational platform Dialog. Expert" for the development of digital competencies of employees of government bodies and public institutions, as well as, together with leading universities, creates educational programs in the field of Internet communications.
