
The Rostov region ranked ninth among the subjects of RUSSIA with the highest growth in housing prices. Relevant data is provided in a study by analysts from the consulting group SRG.
Analysts studied the average check for the supply of one-room apartments in 50 major cities on the secondary market in March 2022.
In the Rostov region, the increase was 6.56%. The average supply budget for a one-room apartment reached 3.08 million rubles. Ryazan (11%), Tver (10.84%) and Perm (9.1%) became the leaders in terms of price increase. There were no price cuts in any city.
The most expensive one-room apartments were in Moscow (more than 11 million rubles), Sochi (6.91 million rubles) and St. Petersburg (6.9 million rubles).
According to the observations of SRG experts, in February, in the pre-crisis period, the market slowly stabilized, with an average growth of 1.41%. Moreover, in seven cities out of 50 there was a slight decrease in prices - up to 2%.
