In the Novovarshavsky district of the Omsk region, quarantine was also introduced . In the village of Krasny Yar, a focus of rabies was found. The restrictions will remain in effect until June 27. The corresponding decree was signed by the Acting Governor of the Omsk Region Vitaly Khotsenko.

During the quarantine period, it was forbidden to hold agricultural fairs, import and EXPORT animals on the territory of the districts. And the centers of infection are also forbidden to visit outsiders.

Earlier it was reported that quarantine was introduced in the Bolsherechensky district due to cow leukemia. Outbreaks of the disease were recorded in private households in the village of Rostovka and the village of Takmyk, near the villages of Pochekuevo, Mogilno-Poselskoye, Chebakly and Kurnosovo.
