In the Jewish Autonomous Region, using an artificial intelligence analytical module, a violation was identified in the production of meat products

Violations of the requirements of veterinary legislation were identified during the analysis of data in the FSIS "Mercury" using artificial intelligence analytical modules.

Thus, in the period from July 22 to July 26, 2024 , the authorized person of IP Mamedov Kh.A.o. (city of Birobidzhan) eVSD was issued for 1.78 tons of various finished products: bacon, sausages , frankfurters, sausage bread, minced MEAT, etc.). At the same time, the company received significantly less products specified as raw materials (chicken, pork, beef).

In addition, the fact of a discrepancy between the type of raw materials and manufactured products was established. For example, according to the information system, beef sausages were made from beef liver, which is a violation of the requirements of the Federal Law “On Food Quality and Safety.”

The identified violations indicate the introduction into circulation of meat products of unknown origin. Considering the nature of the violations identified, IP Mamedov Kh.A.o. The ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office sent a warning. The registration of this authorized person in the FSIS "Mercury" is temporarily suspended.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 24 violations in the field of veterinary medicine have been identified in the Jewish Autonomous Region using the artificial intelligence analytical module.
