Since the beginning of 2024, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions and Kalmykia has terminated 111 declarations of conformity of livestock products

In particular, based on the results of monitoring the data contained on the website of the Russian Accreditation Agency, more than 30 product manufacturers have been identified who have issued declarations of conformity for their products based on test reports that do not contain all the necessary studies confirming their compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations “On Food Safety” » or technical regulations for certain types of food products.

When monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements in relation to individual entrepreneurs, Gavrilova G.A. (Republic of Kalmykia), individual entrepreneur Nor-Arevyan A.G. ( Rostov Region ), Tsaritsynsky Plant LLC (Volgograd Region) it was established that the test reports for MEAT products did not contain antibiotic tests required by the Technical Regulations.

When monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements in relation to individual entrepreneurs, Karavaeva V.V. (Volgograd region) it was established that the entrepreneur registered 5 declarations of conformity for dairy products, based on test reports from “phantom” laboratories, the location of which was not confirmed at the actual address of the activity.

These facts indicate that manufacturers, having failed to ensure proper compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, violated the procedure for declaring products subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity.

Based on all the identified facts, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR department issued warnings against 13 legal entities and 18 individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements when releasing products of animal origin into circulation.

Business entities are asked to ensure compliance with regulatory legal acts relating to and regulating the production and circulation of food products, and to be guided by them in their activities.
