Two batches of semi-finished MEAT products were studied in the refcenter: dumplings "Domashniy" and minced meat "Domashniy". Experts have identified a dangerous causative agent of listeriosis in the products.
Listeriosis is an infectious disease characterized by a predominant lesion of the lymphoid tissue and the NERVOUS SYSTEM, the development of specific formations in organs (mainly in the liver). Bacteria can survive and multiply at low temperatures, such as refrigerators.
