The index of industrial production in the Saratov region in January-March amounted to 116% compared to the first quarter of last year. In March, the index also amounted to 116.1% compared to March 2020, Saratovstat reports.

At the same time, mining for three months amounted to 92.5%, and manufacturing - 116.1%.

Growth was shown by water supply, sewerage and waste disposal - 126.3%, as well as the provision of electricity, gas and steam - 124.2%.

At the same time, the production of MEAT semi-finished products (81.5%), beef (86.3%), wheat and wheat-rye FLOUR (86.9%), bread and bakery products (92.9%), cereals (86 .5%) and MILK (87.8%).

At the same time, more butter (117%), sausages (126.5%), cakes and pastries (120.6%) began to be produced in our region.

The production of cabinets (38.1%), chairs (59.2%), window blocks (52.5%) and bricks (79.1%) fell. The output of timber also sank (71%).
