According to preliminary information, on the night of November 10-11, at about 2.00 am, during a patrol in the Yugo-Zapad microdistrict, a crew of the traffic police department of the Moscow police department of Minsk saw a Renault car. When turning left from Čiurlionis St. to Dzerzhinsky Ave., the car drove into the oncoming lane. "In order to prevent further violation, the officers immediately drove up to the car. A 66-year-old man was driving, his wife was in the passenger seat nearby. A sharp smell of ALCOHOL was coming from the car," the traffic police said.
The man refused to undergo a medical examination. The violator was removed from control, the car was placed in a guarded parking lot. Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the driver.
