In 2023, farmers in the region purchased agricultural equipment for a total amount of about 16 billion rubles, said Igor Gridnev, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region for the development of crop production, land relations, technical policy, land reclamation and social development of the village.
“530 tractors or 132% of the plan were purchased, 250 (125%) combines and more than 1,600 units of other agricultural equipment. In preparation for seasonal field work and technical modernization of the industry, this year agricultural producers have purchased more than 60 units of machinery and equipment,” the deputy minister said.
